Information you send to us
When you submit a contact, quotation or support request, we process the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, selected service and message. The contact service also uses the request IP address for anti-abuse rate limiting and includes it in the internal notification email.
Why we use this information
We use submitted information to review and respond to enquiries, prepare or discuss requested services, provide customer support and protect the contact service against misuse. We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
Service providers and embedded services
Contact-form messages are delivered using Resend, our email delivery provider. The free introductory call page embeds Google Calendar appointment scheduling; information entered into that scheduler is handled through Google’s service under its own terms and privacy information.
Optional analytics
Analytics is disabled unless you choose to accept it. When an analytics identifier is configured for this website and you consent, the site may load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics to measure page use and contact actions such as quote, telephone, WhatsApp and introductory-call clicks. Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. You can clear that browser storage to reset the choice.
Local website preferences
The mobile navigation uses local browser storage only to remember whether you chose to hide the bottom navigation. This preference is stored on your device and is not used to build a marketing profile.
