Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GLOBOLO SAS, operating this website under the Francosetup trading name, processes personal data through francosetup.com.

Data controller

The controller is GLOBOLO SAS, SIREN 941 026 486, at 58 Rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@francosetup.com.

Information you send to us

When you submit a quotation or contact request, we process the information you provide. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, company or organisation, country, project stage, target timing, selected service and message. If you submit the newsletter form, we process the email address you provide and the fact that you selected the dedicated newsletter consent box. Form endpoints also use the request IP address for security and anti-abuse rate limiting.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to take steps at your request before a possible contract, to prepare or discuss requested services and to respond to your request. Newsletter emails are sent only after you actively submit the newsletter form with the dedicated consent box selected, on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided with newsletter communications. We use limited technical and security data where necessary for our legitimate interest in protecting the website and forms against misuse. Optional analytics is based on your consent and remains disabled unless you accept it.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data is accessible only to Francosetup personnel and service providers that need it for the relevant purpose. Website hosting is provided by Vercel. Newsletter signup records are stored in private Vercel Blob storage so they can be retained for newsletter administration and later migration to a dedicated newsletter platform. Newsletter notifications and welcome acknowledgements, as well as contact-form messages, are sent through Google's Gmail SMTP service. If you consent to optional analytics and an analytics identifier is configured, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may receive analytics data. We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

International processing

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the provider and controller are expected to rely on an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and safeguards. Provider-specific terms and transfer arrangements can change, so they should be reviewed when services or configurations change.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, manage any resulting client relationship, establish or defend legal claims, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Newsletter signup records are retained for up to three years from collection or the latest relevant contact, unless you withdraw consent earlier or a longer period is required for a specific legal reason. Withdrawal requests can currently be made by replying to a newsletter acknowledgement or communication with "unsubscribe"; future newsletter tooling will provide its own suppression mechanism. Security and anti-abuse data is retained only for the period needed for those safeguards. Cookie-consent choices are normally retained for six months. Where a service imposes a different technical retention period, we review it against the purpose and applicable obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Optional analytics scripts are blocked until consent. You can reject analytics as easily as accepting it and can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Current cookie and browser-storage details are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Your GDPR rights

Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Complaints

Please contact us first if you have a privacy concern. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data-protection law.
